I remember as a child, when Grandma & Grandpa would come to visit, the world seemed to stop & things were just plain FUN! Pottsie & Grammie came for a visit this weekend and I see the same thing happening for Reese. Countless times of "Watch me play this game!", wrestling, even a special Dunkin Donut breakfast from Pottsie this morning!

Another sad loss of a game...But when you're Fan Club is in full swing, who can be sad?
After the game, we went to our most favorite Italian restaurant...Italian Villa. I love little family-owned restaurants, and they have the most amazing tomato sauce. Every time we go, I always pour over the menu, thinking I'll try something new, but I always go back to my favorite Baked Ziti. I am never disappointed, and we always leave with overstuffed bellies!If you're anywhere near Lewisville, I would highly recommend Italian Villa. For four adults & a child, our meal, salads, and drinks came to under $45!
Later Saturday night, Mommy, Reese, & Grammie sat down to play Yahtzee.
Reese usually wants to play game after game after game of Yahtzee.
It's taught great counting skills, addition skills, counting-on, problem solving skills.
But this night....
He lasted about 5 minutes and was gone in a flash.....
I guess he had more important things to do with his Fan Club!

Looks like they had a good time. We have a local restaurant that sounds a lot like yours, they've been in the neighborhood for something like forty years. I could eat like a dozen of their garlic rolls.

I haven't been to Italian Villa! Crazy. We are going...soon.
Ryan is obsessed with Yatzee. But it is one of the few games that I can still get into when playing with the kids.
