“Consider how you would feel if you worked in an office environment five days a week, six hours a day, for 12 years, and your various bosses spent most of those six hours going from desk to desk, work station to work station, asking questions for which it was accepted that they already knew the answer. Would you feel strong, powerful, in control, creative, able to ask questions that would help you do your job better, in short, enlarged, or would you simply prefer to minimize the annoyance, or duck out when you saw the boss coming?”
