Our first tomato is ripe! The excitement from Reese was so cute...after weeks of waiting and checking every day...he was so happy to have his first tomato! The Yellow Pear vareity of tomato was new to all of us...
When we cut the top off, Reese smelled it.
We took out some seeds, and Reese counted them.
We cut the tomato into 3 "Fair Shares" and Reese tasted his. He decided he didn't like it!
Daddy sprinkled some salt on his part, and thought it was very tasty. And now we wait....for the next ripe tomato. Never have I been so excited about eating a single, little tomato! :) But grown with love by Reese made it taste even better.
